We were so fortunate to have found Yolanda Meneses when we moved to Winnipeg. As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood and with a fair cost; even with the current market fluctuation where people are making unreasonable overpriced offers. She was patient for a long time, helped us make different offers and advised when a home was not suitable to invest in.
The best part about working with Yolanda was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal.
